Klinik dalam bas
by Niezzam on Jul.24, 2009, under Work
In other word, integration. Nampak senang je ayat tu tapi, sebaliknya, paham2 sajela ye..

Nothing to say

Just got my offer letter yesterday, and this time it’s permanent, not contract basis anymore.
What really bugging me was my salary increased just 5%. 5%?? Well you gotta be kidding. All my hard work seems invisible i think. Honestly, if they do not do something about this wage structure, I believe a lot of people will be leaving, including me in the near future.
My plan is to stay for a long time, but if this issue does not change, I just have to find the “new Station N“.
What say me

It has been a month I’m working on this integration project, but still far from completed yet. The project involves Microsoft Biztalk and new technologies from Microsoft called HCE, which stands for Microsoft Health Connection Engine. It’s not a software, but an engine that integrates different health application so that they can talk to each other.
Frankly speaking, this is the toughest and hardest task I’ve been working on. Why is it tough? I’ll tell you why. One thing is that, references are very very limited ( i mean very). There is only one website that discuss HCE technically and the website is not that active. So the only way to know HCE is just through trial and error which definitely takes time and through its documentation which is not that adequate.
To assist me, I have been provided with 1 desktop and 1 laptop like in the picture below taken from my office. Why desktop and laptop? Erm, the answer is a little bit technical so I should save it for myself,
But the bottom line is, there is a reason behind it.

This is all I have to complete this task and do what you want. Hehe!
Start working full time

I just joined BIT yesterday and today is my 2nd day at work. I have also moved to a nice, new apartment at Tmn Sri Rampai, Setapak. I’m very fortunate that the apartment has been rented by the company, so I don’t have to pay the rent,
Working at the client base office, Desa Tun Hussein Onn and staying at Tmn Sri Rampai give me the opportunity to meet my lovely girlfriend more regularly since it is very close to AU Keramat.,
I have been assigned to integrate all the applications that have been developed by other engineers. In other words, it is the most crucial part of the project. To add to that, working with the new technology, Microsoft HCE can make the work a little bit adventurous, haha!
I hope that I can complete this task just like any other projects that I have completed in the past. Nothing is impossible!
